Hello! Wondering how to organise your workflow and set alerts in Sure Will Writer? This guide will take you through the process of setting up pipeline steps and adding alerts to them.
Prerequisites #
- Make sure you’re logged into your Sure Will Writer account.
Step-by-Step Instructions #
Adding a New Pipeline Step #
- Access Company Settings
- Click on your name located at the top right-hand corner of your Sure Will Writer page. A dropdown menu will appear. Choose ‘Company Settings’ from this menu.
- Navigate to Pipelines
- From the column on the left-hand side, click on ‘Pipelines’. Then, choose the type of pipeline you wish to edit.
- Add New Step
- Once you’ve selected the relevant pipeline, click on the button labelled ‘Add new step’. Fill out the relevant information for that new step.
Adding an Alert to a Step #
- Access Alerts
- Click the ‘Alerts’ bell icon located on the right-hand side of the newly created step. Select ‘Add new notification’.
- Select Notification Method
- Choose how you would like to be notified (e.g., by email) and fill out any relevant details.
- Set Delay
- Make sure you set the ‘Delay type’ and the time frame for the delay in days, weeks, or months. For example, you can set the ‘Delay type’ to ‘After specified months in step’ and set the ‘Delay’ to 48 months.
